LM5119是双同步降压控制器,适用于高压降压稳压器应用或输入供应差异很大。该控制方法基于利用仿真电流斜坡的电流模式控制。电流模式控制提供固有的线路前馈,逐周期电流限制和易于环路补偿。仿真控制斜坡的使用降低了脉冲宽度调制电路的噪声灵敏度,允许可靠地控制高输入电压应用中所需的非常小的占空比。开关频率可在50kHz至750kHz范围内编程。 LM5119通过自适应死区时间控制驱动外部高端和低端NMOS电源开关。用户可选择的二极管仿真模式可实现非连续模式操作,从而在轻负载条件下提高效率。高压偏置调节器具有自动切换到外部偏置的功能,进一步提高了效率。其他功能包括热关断,频率同步,逐周期和打嗝模式电流限制以及可调节线路欠压锁定。该器件采用功率增强型无引线LLP-32封装,具有裸露的芯片粘接垫,有助于散热。
