TPS53355是一款集成有金属氧化物半导体场效应应晶体管(MOSFET)的D-CAP™模式,30A同步开关。它的设计目标是
该器件采用5mΩ/2.0mΩ集成MOSFET,精度为1%,基准电压为0.6V,并具备一个集成升压开关。富有竞争力的特性包括:1.5V至15V宽转换输入电压范围,所用外部组件极少,针对超快瞬变的D-CAP™模式控制,自动跳跃模式运行,内部软启动控制,可选频率并且无需补偿。
转换输入电压范围为1.5V至15V,电源电压范围为4.5V至5.5V,输出电压范围为0.6V至5.5V。
该器件采用5mm×6mm,22引脚QFN封装,额定工作温度范围为-40°C至85°C。
