TPS6229x-Q1是一款高效的同步降压型降压转换器,针对汽车低输入电压应用进行了优化,可提供高达1000 mA的输出电流。输入电压范围为2.3 V至6 V,输出电压精度为1.5%,该器件可为各种汽车应用提供动力。
TPS6229x-Q1工作在2.25MHz固定开关频率,进入省电模式工作,在轻负载电流下典型静态电流为15μA,以在整个负载电流范围内保持高效率。
省电模式针对低输出电压纹波进行了优化。对于低噪声应用,可以通过将MODE引脚拉高来强制器件进入固定频率PWM模式。在关断模式下,电流消耗降至1μA以下。 TPS6229x-Q1允许使用小型电感器和电容器来实现小尺寸解决方案。
