TPS6208x器件是高频同步降压转换器系列产品。该器件的输入电压范围为2.3V至6V,支持常用电池技术。此外,该器件可用于低电压系统电源轨。
TPS6208x专注于在宽输出电流范围下实现高效降压转换。该转换器在中等程度的负载到高负载时运行于脉宽调制( PWM)模式,并在轻负载电流条件下自动进入省电模式运行,从而在整个负载电流范围内保持高效率。为了在超低负载或无负载电流下保持高效率运行,该器件采用具有超低静态电流的贪睡模式。该功能通过MODE引脚使能,可延长增加电池驱动应用的运行时间,同时保持最低待机电流,以满足针对低待机电流的绿色能源标准。
为了满足系统电源轨需求,内部补偿电路支持使用高于100μF的外部输出电容。凭借DCS-Control架构,可实现出色的负载瞬态性能和输出电压调节精度。该器件采用带有散热焊盘的2mm x 2mm WSON封装。
