LM20143器件是功能齐全的PowerWise™可调频率同步降压稳压器,能够提供高达3A的连续输出电流。几乎任何类型的输出电容都可以补偿电流模式控制环路的稳定性。对于大多数情况,补偿设备只需要两个外部组件,提供最大的灵活性和易用性。该器件经过优化,可在2.95 V至5.5 V的输入电压范围内工作,适用于各种低压系统。
该器件具有内部过压保护(OVP)和过流保护(OCP)电路,提高系统可靠性。精密使能引脚和集成的UVLO可以严格控制和排序器件的开启。启动浪涌电流受内部固定和外部可调软启动电路的限制。集成电源良好电路可实现故障检测和电源排序。
通过将RT引脚与地之间的外部电阻连接,可将该器件的频率从500 kHz调整为1.5 MHz。
LM20143设计用于多轨电源架构。器件的输出电压可配置为使用SS /TRK引脚跟踪更高的电压轨。如果LM20143的输出在启动时预偏置,它将不会吸收电流以将输出拉低,直到内部软启动斜坡超过反馈引脚的电压。
