LM25117是一款同步降压控制器,适用于高压或广泛的降压稳压器应用不同的输入供应。该控制方法基于利用仿真电流斜坡的电流模式控制。电流模式控制提供固有的线路前馈,逐周期电流限制和易于环路补偿。仿真控制斜坡的使用降低了脉冲宽度调制电路的噪声灵敏度,允许可靠地控制高输入电压应用中所需的非常小的占空比。
工作频率可编程为50 kHz至750 kHz。 LM25117通过自适应死区时间控制驱动外部高端和低端NMOS电源开关。用户可选择的二极管仿真模式可实现非连续模式操作,从而在轻负载条件下提高效率。高压偏置调节器允许外部偏置电源进一步提高效率。 LM25117独特的模拟遥测功能可提供平均输出电流信息。其他功能包括热关断,频率同步,打嗝模式电流限制和可调线路欠压锁定。
