TPS6274x是业界第一款降压转换器，此转换器特有典型值为360nA的静态电流，并且搭配微型2.2μH电感和10μF输出TITS62740支持高达300mA的输出电流，TPS62742支持高达400mA的输出电流。电池，锂化学电池（例如锂亚硫酰氯（Li-SOC12），锂锰电池（Li-MnO2）和两节或三节碱性电池）供电运行。输入电压范围高达5.5V，也实现由1个USB端口和薄膜太阳能模块供电运行。用户可使用4个VSEL引脚在1.8V至3.3V范围内选择输出电压（步长100mV）.TPS6274x搭配使用小型输出电容，特有低输出纹波电压和低噪声。一旦电池电压接近输出电压（接近100％占空比），此器件进入无纹波100％模式运行，以防止输出纹波电压的增加然后，此器件停止开关，并且输出被连接至输入电压。集成转换率受控负载开关特有典型值为0.6Ω的导通电阻，并且将选择的输出电压分配至临时使用的子系统.TPS6274采用小型12引脚2mm x 3mm 2 WSON封装，并且支持31mm 2 的总体解决方案尺寸。
