TPS53679是一款完全符合VR13 SVID标准的降压控制器，具有双通道，内置非易失性存储器（NVM）和PMBus™接口，并与TI NexFET™功率级完全兼容。先进的控制功能，如D-CAP +™架构，具有下冲减少（USR），可提供快速瞬态响应，低输出电容和良好的电流共享。该器件还提供新颖的相位交错策略和动态相位切除，以提高不同负载的效率。可调节的V CORE 压摆率和电压定位控制完善了Intel ® VR13™功能。此外，该器件还支持PMBus通信接口，用于向系统报告电压，电流，功率，温度和故障状况的遥测。所有可编程参数均可由PMBus接口配置，并可作为新的默认值存储在NVM中，以最大限度地减少外部元件数量。
TPS53679器件采用热增强型封装QFN封装，并且额定工作温度范围为-40°C至125°C。
