LMS3635-Q1和LMS3655-Q1同步降压稳压器针对高性能应用进行了优化,可提供3.3V,5V或可调节输出( 1V至20V)输出电压.PWM和PFM模式之间的无缝转换以及低静态电流可确保在所有负载下实现高效率和出色的瞬态响应。
高级高速电路支持LMS3655- Q1将24V的输入调节至3.3V的输出(400kHz固定频率),同时还支持5.5A的持续负载电流。创新的频率折返架构允许该器件通过仅3.5V的输入电压调节生成3.3V的输出。电压范围可高达36V,瞬态容差高达42V,有助于轻松实现输入浪涌保护设计。
开漏复位输出具有内置的滤波和延迟功能,可提供正确的系统状态指示。凭借这一特性,器件无需使用附加监控组件,这节省了成本和电路板空间。
