TPS6282x是一款易于使用的通用型同步降压直流/直流转换器,具有仅4μA的极低静态电流。此系列器件具有2.4 V至5.5V的输入电压,可提供高达3A的输出电流(TPS62826)。该系列器件可基于DCS-Control™拓扑提供快速瞬态响应。
由于具有内部基准,该系列产品可在-40°C至125°C的结温范围内以高达1%的反馈电压精度将输出电压调节到低至0.6V。整个引脚对引脚器件系列可与470nH的小型电感器结合使用并且可实现BOM对BOM兼容。
TPS6282x可在超轻负载时自动进入省电模式,并保持高效率。该器件具有电源正常信号和内部软启动电路。它能够以100%模式运行。在故障保护方面,它加入了断续电流限制以及热关断功能。该系列器件可提供6引脚1.5 x 1.5mm QFN封装。
