LM25122是一款支持多相位的同步升压控制器,面向高效同步升压稳压器应用。此控制方法基于峰值电流模式控制。电流模式控制可提供内部线路前馈,逐周期电流限制和简化的环路补偿。
开关频率最高可通过编程设定为600kHz。通过两个支持自适应死区时间控制的稳健耐用N通道金属氧化物半导体场效应应晶体管(MOSFET)栅极驱动器来实现更高效率。一个用户可选二极管仿真模式还可实现断续模式运行,以提高轻负载时的效率。
一个内部电荷泵可针对高侧同步开关实现100%占空比(旁路运行)。一个180º相移时钟输出可实现简单多相位交叉配置。其他功能包括:热关断,频率同步,断续模式电流限制和可调线路欠压锁定。
