bq21040器件是一款面向空间受限类便携式应用的高度集成锂离子和锂聚合物线性电池充电器的理想选择。此器件可由一个USB端口或交流适配器供电运行。具有输入过压保护的高输入电压范围支持低成本,未稳压的适配器。
bq21040具有一个可为电池充电的单电源输出。如果在10小时的安全定时器期间内平均系统负载无法让电池充满电,则可以使系统负载与电池并联。
电池充电经历以下三个阶段:调节,恒定电流和恒定电压。所有充电阶段,内部控制环路都会监控IC结温,当其超过内部温度阈值时,它会减少充电电流。
充电器功率级和充电电流感测功能均完全集成。充电器具有高精度电流和电压调节环路功能,充电状态显示,和充电终止功能。预充电电流阈值和终止电流阈值分别固定为20%和10%。快速充电流值可通过一个外部电阻进行编程。
