bq25120A是一款高度集成的电池充电管理IC,集成了可穿戴设备的最常用功能:线性充电器,稳压输出,负载开关,通过计时器手动复位以及电池电压监测。该集成降压转换器是一款具有低I Q 的高效率开关,其采用DCS控制技术,可进一步提升轻载效率,负载电流可低至10μA。运行和关断期间的低静态电流有助于延长电池寿命。输入电流限制,充电电流,降压转换器输出电压,LDO输出电压等参数均可通过I 2 C接口进行编程。
该器件采用标准锂离子充电曲线分三个阶段对电池进行充电:预充电,恒流和恒压该器件包含一个基于电压的JEITA兼容电池组热敏电阻监视输入(TS),可监视电池温度并自动更改充电参数,从而防止电池在超出其安全温度范围的温度下充电。该充电器针对5V USB输入进行了优化,可承受20V线路瞬态电压。降压转换器由输入或电池供电。当处于仅电池模式时,器件可由电压最高达4.65V的电池供电运行。
利用可配置负载开关,器件可断开与不常用器件的连接,从而优化系统。通过定时器手动复位可实现多种优化唤醒和复位的不同配置选项。
