BQ294582 Overvoltage Protection for 2-Series and 3-Series Cell Li-Ion Batteries

描述

bq2945xx系列产品是用于锂离子电池组系统的二级电压监控器和保护器。独立监控每节电池是否具有过压状态。根据配置，如果两节或三节电池中的任何电池存在过压，则在经过固定的延迟后会触发一个输出。在过压状态满足指定的延迟计时器条件后，该输出触发为高电平状态。

固定的OVP延迟选项：4秒或6.5秒
高精度过压保护：
±10 mV

每节电池输入的泄漏电流低于100nA
小封装尺寸
- 6引脚SON
