LM5109A是一款经济高效的高压栅极驱动器,设计用于驱动同步降压中的高端和低端N沟道MOSFET或半桥配置。浮动高侧驱动器能够处理高达90V的轨电压。输出由TTL兼容输入阈值独立控制。强大的电平转换技术可在高速运行,同时消耗低功耗,并提供从控制输入逻辑到高端栅极驱动器的干净电平转换。低侧和高侧电源轨均提供欠压锁定。该器件采用SOIC和热增强型WSON封装。
