SN65HVD178x器件可承受过压故障,例如直接短路电源,错误接线故障,连接器故障,电缆压坏和工具误应用这些器件对ESD事件也很强大,对人体模型规范具有高度保护。
SN65HVD178x器件结合了差分驱动器和差分接收器,可通过单个电源工作。在SN65HVD1782中,驱动器差分输出和接收器差分输入在内部连接,形成适合半双工(双线总线)通信的总线端口。该端口具有宽共模电压范围,使得这些器件适用于长距离电缆的多点应用。这些器件的特点是-40°C至125°C。这些器件与业界标准的SN75176收发器引脚兼容,使其在大多数系统中都可以直接升级。
