DP83867器件是一款稳健耐用型低功耗全功能物理层收发器,它集成了PMD子层以支持10BASE-Te,100BASE- TX和1000BASE-T以太网协议.DP83867经优化可提供ESD保护,超过了8kV IEC 61000-4-2标准(直接接触)。
DP83867可轻松实现10/100 /1000Mbps以太网LAN。它通过外部变压器直接连接双绞线介质。该器件通过IEEE 802.3标准MII,IEEE 802.3 GMII或RGMII直接与MAC层相连.QFP封装支持MII /GMII /RGMII,而QFN封装支持RGMII。
DP83867提供精确时钟同步,其中包括同步以太网时钟输出。该器件具有低延迟,并提供IEEE 1588帧起始检测。
DP83867仅消耗490mW(PAP)和457mW( RGZ)(满功率运行时)。局域网唤醒可用于降低系统功耗。
