该系列4,8和16差分线路驱动器实现了低压差分信号(LVDS)的电气特性。这种信号技术降低了5 V差分标准电平(例如EIA /TIA-422B)的输出电压电平,以降低功耗,提高开关速度,并允许使用3.3 V电源轨进行操作。当使能时,16个电流模式驱动器中的任何一个都会将最小差分输出电压幅度提供247 mV到100Ω负载。
禁用时,驱动器输出为高阻抗。每个驱动器输入(A)和使能(EN)都有一个内部下拉,在开路时将输入驱动为低电平。
SN65LVDS387,SN65LVDS389和SN65LVDS391器件的特点是 - 在40°C至85°C。 SN75LVDS387,SN75LVDS389和SN75LVDS391器件的工作温度范围为0°C至70°C。
