SN65LVDS20和SN65LVP20是一个高速差分接收器和驱动器,作为中继器连接。接收器接收低压正射极耦合逻辑(PECL),信号速率高达4 Gbps,并将其重复为LVDS或PECL输出信号。通过器件的信号路径是差分的,用于低辐射发射和最小的附加抖动。
SN65LVDS20的输出是TIA /EIA-644-A定义的LVDS电平。 SN65LVDP20的输出与低压PECL电平兼容。 EN 的低级输入启用输出。高电平输入使输出进入高阻态。两个输出均设计用于驱动差分传输线,标称值为100- 特征阻抗。
两个器件均提供低于V CC 的电压参考电压(V BB ),通常为1.35 V,用于接收单端PECL输入信号。不使用时,V BB 应该是未连接或打开的。
所有器件的特点是在-40°C至85°C的温度范围内工作。
