　　MAX32600微控制器基于行业标准ARM® Cortex®-M3 32位RISC CPU，工作在高达24MHz。器件包括256KB闪存、32KB SRAM、2KB指令缓存，以及集成的高性能模拟外设。

　　MAX32600采用以下封装：192焊球、12mm x 12mm CTBGA；120焊球、7mm x 7mm CTBGA；108焊球、5.4mm x 4.3mm WLP。
