preventing spikes during the normal counting mode of operation. Synchronous operation is provided by having all flipflops clocked simultaneously so that the outputs change coincident with each other when so instructed by the countenable inputs and internal gating. ７４ＨＣ１６１是一个计数器，从技术文档上还是测试ＤＩＰ封装的７４ＨＣ１６１，都知道脉冲输入ＣＰ的高电平只要大于电源电压的２／３就行了， 但我使用贴片封装的７４ＨＣ１６１，会发现脉冲输入ＣＰ的高电平要高于电源电压才能使该芯片稳定正常工作，如我使用３Ｖ的电源电压，ＣＰ脉冲就得３．３Ｖ以上才能使该芯片稳定正常工作，我还以为只是个别现象，后来测试很多个贴片式的都发现有这个问题，这就很奇怪了，难道贴片封装的芯片是特别不同的？ 请教大家发表意见！
